Who We Are

The Home Builders Association of Cumberland County, a local professional association located in Crossville, Tennessee, is comprised of builders and a broad spectrum of companies that provide the materials that support the building industry.
Our members are able to stay informed about current products, construction techniques, and legal issues that impact the housing industry, through state and national publications and by attending a vast offering of educational seminars.

Between 1990 and 2003, the City of Crossville issued new construction permits in the amount of $480,000,000. In that time period 1,134 single-family dwellings and 600 multi-family dwellings were built inside the city limits.

Between 1996 and the end of fiscal year 2006, the City of Crossville issued 2,739 building permits.
